Worst salon. Not professional, doesn’t come on time. Had to wait an hour for the hair cut lady to show up. She was in rush and did not follow my instructions. She did not even blow dry my hair. This place used to be my favorite. They used to take their time and brush my eyebrows and cut the hairs and do it nicely but now they just over thread my brows and don’t offer any aloe and when they wax they don’t hold the skin down and it makes it so painful and don’t offer a napkin and a lot of times I go home I pluck some of the hair leftover.

I can always count on the nice ladies to do a good job at threading and waxing. They’re prices are also the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve never been anywhere else where they charge only $15 for a full face of hair removal and only $4 if you want just eyebrows. They also work really quick. Karen is my favorite employee!

After the design was complete, what I had on my hand was nothing like the picture I had shown. No details whatsoever and the person doing the henna was not taking her time and was very messy. She was very disrespectful when I asked for something specific to be added – also mentioned she cannot do everything that is on the picture, it will be too much to do for her. Each side for the back hand was definitely not worth spending $20. I could’ve easily done it myself if I wanted it to look the way it does (not good at all). The lady who cut my hair completely butchered it and now I will have to wait months for my hair to regrow. I showed her a picture and this is how it turned out.
