I asked for a slight trim and next thing i know the lady messed up and cut it shorter and shorter, to the point my hair no longer can be combed or brushed. At this point i might as well get a buzz cut. the fade is uneven, the line up around my ears and the line on my neck are both crooked. Nice people, awful at cutting hair.

The lady who cut my hair did great but the lady who did my son’s hair didn’t know what a taper fade, or a line up means, cause it’s not exactly what he wanted but it was open and he starts school Monday and working Tuesday so I guess for the time and the quick appointment booking was good, and so was the customer service so that’s why I gave three stars and few extra dollars in tips to both barbers, my sister is a licensed cosmetologist, and she tells me stories about clients and what they want but wha they can afford or their hair or hair care.

Got my daughter’s first hair cut there and it was fine. I cut 16 inches off to donate and had to go back the next day for it to be fixed. It still is not straight. I don’t think they really know what they are doing there. It took 3 stylists to try and fix my hair and it’s still really uneven. They are too rushed and do not have time to take their time. I would not go back or recommend.
