Prices are decent and they did a good job. I have a small cut on my finger but thats normal for me due to sensitive cuticles. Only complaint i really had was the pedicure chairs. I like something i can lay back in not sit straight up.

I got a pedi and gel color change. I got the most sloppy and horrible service despite how nice the nail tech was. I had to go back to get my small toe and finger nails repainted. My pedi was so so, the nail polish was not even dry and he shoved my slides on my feet…the polish was ruined. My gel nails weren’t even dry so when I got home it was bubbly and scratched. By the way, 2 days later my gel mani has chipped. Omg…he needs retraining and stop doing short cuts.

Love coming here. The whole staff is welcoming and friendly. I love the way their colors are organized, and they are patient and willing to do whatever the customer needs. I live in Sacramento, but had such an amazing experience here it is worth the drive back. The space is so cute, and I leave feeling like a million bucks! 🙂

Wow I’m not very pleased at all , the place look cute but the service was terrible. I wanted a pedicure so when I entered two different ladies asked me what I needed. They both acted extremely shocked that I (being a guy) would want a pedicure. The lady took me to the uncomfortable chairs and stared. She only knew how to do extremely hot water or cold there was no medium. One lady who appears to be the owner or manager glared at me twice with a face of disgust. Now I am not sure if it’s because she has sight problems or because I am a man . Either way this petite woman has medium/ short brown hair with flair bottom jeans. I almost spoke up but just didn’t. I will definitely not ever come here or recommend this place. I felt unwelcome and discriminated against.

Friendly and welcoming. My DD and I walked in.. and PNB made time for us. It was nice not to feel rushed through, relaxing. We were both done 1.5 hours which is similar to other places. PNB were so great talking with my DD, giving her tips on painting her nails. Even though it was my 1st time there, PNB made me feel comfortable like I have been a past customer. Plan to come back here. Note: The chairs work for me since I don’t prefer the massage chair.
