AB Design Studio, an award-winning architectural firm based in Santa Barbara, conceptualized the spa’s contemporary space while New York City entrepreneur and business partner Eric Wynn lent his name to the business. The result is a fulfillment of the founders’ vision to create sophisticated, high-end nail salons that welcome clients from all walks of life.

Racist, rude and unprofessional workers. I paid money for services and in the middle of the process the lady Joanne said she couldn’t finish but if she knew she couldn’t do all I was requesting in a certain time period she should of said so and not took on the work instead of wasting people’s time. My nails are just the acrylic with no polish now I have to go somewhere else and go out with my nails unfinished. This lady was also very rude from the beginning and made my nails all uneven. When I told her she just looked at me like I was crazy and didn’t even try to correct it. The ladies who work there talk bad about you in their native language too. I will never come back. I feel so uncomfortable to ever come back here unlike any other nail salon. That should tell you something. I also contacted corporate several times and they never responded, so I definitely wouldn’t go to any Wynn Nail Salon because they obviously don’t handle customer complaints. If you really had a serious issue nothing will be done.

I’ve given this place chance after chance and every time I come here there’s issues. The price is always wrong and you have to pay extra because the receptionist don’t charge you right. The nail techs make it seem like your going to run off with out paying the few extra dollars and make a scene about changing the price. The last time I came, I got a fill and pedicure. My pedicure looks great but my nails look terrible. Helen did my nails the past few times and I came in at the 3 weeks mark. The person removing my old acrylic for the fill asked who did my nails and then said they shouldn’t been lifting that bad. But made an excuse after I told her who did them. Again Helen does my acrylic. Shes so rough on my hand and used the nail file to pop my skin and acrylic apart. Then she filed the corner of one of my nails so thin that there’s no acrylic left on the nail. The gel polish is already coming off. Money wasted and i called to see if I could come in have it fixed. The person told me to come in an anytime. I come right at opening and no one’s here to do acrylic. I contact the person who told me to come in at anytime and now I should’ve called. Don’t come here. Wasted of money and time.

I scheduled an appt at 1:45 and showed up at 1:55. They said the waiting grace period is 15 min. When i showed up, the lady at the front desk told me that my nail tech waited for me for 10 min and then started working on the next appointment. How do they book their appointments? I’ve been waiting 30 mins as i am writing this review. I dont mind waiting if i did not have an appt. They dont respect your time.

This shop does a great job but they will literally up charge you for breathing. I think nail shops should have the same prices for colors and brands of nail polish. Make the services a little more expensive to even things out. The price here is always always a surprise.

I have had a countless number of terrible customer service at this nail salon and I will not be coming back. I’ve gotten my nails done for the past 20 years and have never come across a nail salon that treats clients the way they treat you. There’s been numerous of times where I’ve gotten gels and they chip after a day. And they’re very expensive here. I wouldn’t recommend this salon especially when there are multiple other salons within walking distance.

I liked the nail work they did in my hands and feet, but I will not give a 5 starts because the massage I paid extra for my feet was not good at all. Plus they only take cash, venmo or you have to take money to pay them from the AtM machine there that is extra fee. It was pretty expensive too
