Very professional. Wasn’t really down for mani/pedicures in the past. But my girlfriend made me go with her. I’ll say it was amazing lol for a guy it was very different. My nail tech was awesome. Good at what she does and she did my girlfriends nails and knocked them out the park. If you want good service you gotta ask for Judy. 10/10 will definitely go again and hopefully Judy will be working don’t think the experience would be as good if it wasn’t for her!!!!

Stopped in since it is a new place and closer to home. Asked if they take appointments. Girl at front desk said yes. Then she gave me their business card and said to call them. Why not make appointment while I was there? Bad vibes. I will stick with my regular place. First impressions are lasting ☹

Critical: Quality, Value1/21/22Not my regular place. Went for the first time knowing that it was near my home. My regular place I could not make it to. I made appointment walked in no one acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. Pick your color I was told. I asked for spa pedi. First mistake. I got a older woman who absolutely did not know what she was doing. Another girl started doing my service up into someone else walked in. She immediately stopped and took care of her. I got sent to another girl. For my nails. Toes not done yet. My cuticles were not taken care of. She started working on my full set. $100 later I am so angry and annoyed. NEVER AGAIN. Critical: Punctuality, ValueUsually go to Princeton for gel manicures as they are actually professional with appt times and do a great job. Whole process there including soak off takes 45 min. I called for an appt but came here and waited 25 mins for someone just to soak off my nails. They don’t take appt times seriously. They should give the correct time or have the courtesy to call if there’s a big delay. Soak off was made a 20 min process here when everywhere else I’ve gone takes 5 min. I don’t know if my nail tech Judy was on drugs or tired but she was so slow in filing them. Two of my nails were slanted. Walked out 1 hour 10 mins later with no polish and no cuticles cut. Paid $10 for a soak off when I should have paid nothing for a horrible experience. They were so nice!! They do an amazing job and try their best to make the experience wonderful for you. Most salons try and get you in and out even if you have an appointment, and will do a sloppy job. They however took their time and made me feel at ease and not like I was a burden. Definitely would come back!

i went there to get a pedi and full set done. everything was good until the very same day my polish came off. i wasn’t able to go back that day because i had a dinner to go to. but i did go back the very next day and had them fix it. The lady was nice. Now the same day my other hands polish came off. i didn’t bother going back cuz it was just a pain. when they all came off i painted the nails myself. it has been two weeks and the nail polish is till on. It is a good place. very friendly. just wish my polish had stayed on the whole time.
