My daughter and I went in on a Saturday. I knew we would have to wait a little. Two people working on nails and one at the pedicure station. We waited an hour and a half to get a full set, eyebrows and Childs manicure. Both of our names were on the wait list. When it was my turn I was called to the table the man working on my nails got irritated that I wanted a gel polish and then proceeded to rush on my nails. He cut two of my fingers before I spoke up. He didn’t seem to have remorse. He cut another one I spoke up again informing him that the service will end if he doesn’t slow down. I’m paying for them to be done correctly and paying for his time as well. We finish with my nails and I get my eye brows done. She was wonderful and polite. I get done with my service and it’s time for my little girls kids manicure. (She’s 5)They told me it’s not worth their time to do kids. She’s too young! We have gotten services there a few times before with no issues. Then the ticket price was way over reasonable. Eye brows were $13. I accept that. But an acrylic set and gel polish was $60?!?! It’s never been that much. I have paid numerous times $27 for the set and $10 for gel. So since they took their tip with the price. I didn’t tip anyone but the eyebrow tech. We will not be back.

They are the worst. They did one foot and applied tips which were uneven on hands and told me I need to hurry and pay $115 before the owner left. Ms.Amber came and jumped ahead of everyone and when I questioned about it I was thrown out. Acrylic nails

If I could give it half a star I would. They are rude and act like you are bothering them. They charge you for using a card instead of cash because the bank makes them pay a fee for having it. Which is their choice. They don’t even speak to you directly.

Day shift is dramatically different from the evening shift. I’ve gone during the day before and it was great. I went around 5:00 and had 4 people working with 3 customers. It still took 2 hours, and the lady cut my nails completely off because she didn’t double check what I was asking for before chopping away. I never go and leave bad reviews, but somebody needs to tighten up the night crew. For the price, I expected better.
