The haircut was okay AT FIRST. Lady spoke veeery little English. Anyway it was done and I thought I was satisfied but I went to Walmart after and noticed a lot of uneven areas along the like of my side cut. I went back after shopping and asked her nicely to fix it. Had to wait till the other customer was done which was fine. What wasn’t fine is that she completely misunderstood what I was telling her was wrong and cut a half inch wide line down the side of my head. I was and am very disappointed . I now look ridiculous. I received a refund but I still have to walk around looking like a complete idiot for the next month or so.

Pretty disappointing cut. Went and asked for a fade and was left with the outline of the fade on the back of my head. Left side was faded properly but towards the right side of my head you could see the outline. Asked the lady to also fade in my beard and sure enough it wasn’t at all. This was after I noticed it wasn’t faded in and I asked her to fade it a bit more. Now I may have to wear a hat to hide this embarrassment of a cut

How is it that someone can work in public and not understand or speak English? Especially in a hair salon where people put their trust in the hair dressers hands. How can they even understand what your wanting?? I don’t get it!! That is a profession that definitely the employee needs to be bilingual. Have to go and get my mothers hair fixed somewhere else now… unnecessary expense!

They wont let u look into the mirror they turn u away from it while cutting. My side burns got screwed and the back was rounded one side and square on the other. Horrible place.
