He also noted the spots that needed the most work and was adamant about getting all the soreness and kinks out! David did an amazing job with making sure I was comfortable and feeling refreshed at the end. He also noted the spots that needed the most work and was adamant about getting all the soreness and kinks out! Always a good experience – nice atmosphere, very skilled masseuses, heated massage tables and heat packs (if you need some heat therapy to help loosen up an area). For us the location is convenient, easy to schedule appointment via mobile app or just call. They are good about reminding us of our appointments and helpful when we are trying to get squeezed in for an appointment on short notice (they will call us if they have any cancellations). Family has had a membership at this LaVida Massage location for over 5 years. Always a good experience – nice atmosphere, very skilled masseuses, heated massage tables and heat packs (if you need some heat therapy to help loosen up an area). For us the location is convenient, easy to schedule appointment via mobile app or just call. I left feeling completely relaxed and Michael did an amazing job of relieving tension in my neck that I didn’t even know I had. I would highly recommend and I hope to be returning again soon.

She checked in regularly to make sure the pressure wasn’t too deep. I know this is going to help me and I plan on seeing her again in a month. Excellent!
