I this is one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. I had to wait for over a month to get an appointment once I got there the doctor didn’t even bother looking at my condition stating that they were behind in their schedule and didn’t have time to do so. I had to convince him that I wanted labs done to check out the condition on my hand after the labs were completed I was unable to get on their schedule, so that requested that the labs be sent to me so I could go to a different dermatologist. it is now been almost 2 months and I have over five phone calls in to their office, requesting the results of my labs. They still have not provided me with the results even though I paid for them. whenever I called them, they act as if they don’t know what’s going on and they patch me through to the Santa Rosa office, which then passes me back to Healdsburg, which passes me back to Santa Rosa. The incompetence of this office is astounding. As of today, I still can’t get through the office and I still don’t have the results of my labs that I purchased.
