Critical: QualitySo I don’t usually write reviews, but after $250.00 I think I should write one. I have to say the salon itself was very clean. The service not so great. I did not walk out a happy lady. First it started off with a consul of color the lady repeatedly telling me my hair looks green and that I needed a special shampoo when it did not. Then going back-and-forth with the color that I wanted. She was telling me she was going to do a gloss on my hair and I told her I did not want anything that would wash out quickly. Now point granted I know after the COVID-19 happened my hair was pretty bad my roots were dark and my ends were light I wanted something that would blend in with the blonde that I already had all I wanted was an ash brown hair with highlights I did not get highlights I just got a darkening color on the blonde that I already had now when it came to blow dry my hair the girl was horrible when I say horrible horrible I look like a Q-tip coming out of the place I had to go homeRe-wash my hair to straighten it the way it was supposed to be in the beginning .after re washing my hair I noticed that a lot of the product that she put in my hair washed out quickly. I feel like I got ripped off. I work hard for what I have I don’t have a lot but I have enough to live and I don’t understand how someone or a salon can make you pay for stuff that you didn’t ask for.
