This place is amazing! I’ve never experienced anything quite like this! It was absolutely relaxing and so stress relieving! Ashley was my float consultant and walked me through the process. She was kind and very courteous. The facility was spotless. It took me a few minutes to get settled into the float tank and balanced. But once I was floating still it was absolutely amazing. I spent 45 minutes in absolute darkness and silence. Once done I went to the oxygen bar for Ashley got me hooked up to my favorite flavor and offered me a beverage while I enjoyed my 10 minutes of oxygen. I cannot wait to go back again! And I hope Ashley will be there to consult me again!

Floated for the first time this last weekend and have nothing but great things to say about this place. They do a great job at making you feel right at home with everything. The staff was very informative about each step in the floating process. The entire experience is something everyone should treat themselves to.

Place is more hype than experience. Tru to sell job you by saying you have to do it three times for a ‘maximum effect’. It is nice and peaceful and I had a good experience but it would be cheaper to float in a jacuzzi at a hotel at night for the same effect as prices, even with a ‘first time’ reduction were still rather steep. Recommend bathing suit for this experience if you try it.

This is the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had, the staff is so nice and helpful. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, the tea they serve is delicious and the oxygen bar is also super soothing. I highly recommend!

They advertise on Groupon and it states clearly on Groupon for anyone that had not floated in the last 6 months. I waste my gas which is not cheap get there and they say oh that wrong on Groupon you’ll have to pay another $45 dollars if you wan to float. Why is this my fault they know it a problem and won’t remove their Groupon??? Why I am being punished? Because I wanted to give them my business? Then they say I have to cancel with Groupon which I can’t do. So True gloat just going to rip me off $45 dollars because they know there is a problem and won’t fix it. The manager even said she knows and she said it time and time again and no one listens. True float is clearly allowing false advertising.

Floating is pure relaxation and such an amazing getaway from the day to day. The customer service is amazing as they do everything to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I always find myself at peace and feel great after a float session! Just would warn make sure you don’t have a fresh cut/wound when floating it can sting!

The experience was great and very relaxing. They say for first time floaters you don’t fall a sleep. I was so relaxed I feel a sleep and had the best nap I have ever had!!!!!! Very clean and very friendly staff. Will definitely be heading back there again.
