Zen Nails And Spa in Manassas, VA 20109 There is nothing more important to us than your safety and comfort when you visit our salon. That’s why we pledge to adhere to the highest industry standards. We sanitize and disinfect all reusable nail tools in accordance with state regulations and industry “best practices”. Any tools that can’t be disinfected are disposed of or given to the client after a single use. You are welcome to bring in your own tools. We still disinfect your tools before using them, as required by state law. Moreover, we regularly take classes in techniques, health and safety, and product knowledge to enhance the quality and safety of your services.

I have visited a lot of nail salons and always leave longing for something different. I found Zen nails a month ago while in Manassas on business. I received dipped powder (Bebe) and a gel pedicure. I returned today for a full set (Valerie). Both times I have been overly satisfied. I have to travel to get to them but they are worth it, their prices, customer service, quality is top notch

Great nail salon, but lowkey gaslights you into getting gel which is more expensive I really wanted some specific colors for a design I liked but they didn’t have those colors. But overall the nails looked very nice. It lasted over a month and I got a lot of compliments on it.

I’ve been coming to Zen nails for the last 6 months. One of my girlfriends and I were looking for a spot to start coming to and after reading the reviews, We decided on Zen. And we have not been disappointed. I’ve had the pleasure of working with most of the techs and I absolutely adore them all. I’ve been seeing Viden regularly for my pedicures and acrylic manicures and I cannot get over how well my nails always come out. The prices are good, it’s clean, and the staff is so friendly. Critical: QualityI went in with really high expectations from the good reviews but was sadly disappointed. It may have been because I came in late but that doesn’t excuse I subpar job on a paying customer. I got dip powder with extensions and my nails are chunky, lumpy and overall not pleasing. While I did ask for slightly square nails I ended up with nails that looked like melted gum pieces. Along with all this my fingers were cut in multiple places to the point were they bled and were painful. I also seem to be developing a infection on the cuts because they are red and puffy. I am having them removed just one day after getting them which is such a waste of money but I simply can’t keep them on. The only reason I am not giving them one star is because they were able to reschedule my appointment and my nail technician did stay late to finish. To conclude this I will not be returning to this nail place when I can go to my local nail place which is less expensive and will do a way better job. I saw allot of mixed reviews but went in with my brothers. We went right as they opened and they got all 3 of us pedicures, made sure the guys were comfortable and took care of them just as much as they did me. It was clean because it did just open. Terry did my pedi and mani, successfully gutted my ingrown toenails and made my feet feel so much better. He did first use the wrong color on my toes but was quick to offer a fix.

My Wife go here to do her nail painted . Last week she told me to join her for some Pedicure . i like to keep my Nails and Toes clean and sharp, i went there and i had the best Pedicure ever in my life . I am a customer now and i will be back with my wife as often as we can . Keep doing the great job and for sure ppl will come to see how good is your service . Good service, really nice and polite staff, but the quality of my nails is less than satisfactory. The color is milky and patchy (the pictures don’t do the horrible quality justice) she also didn’t push my cuticles back to put the acrylic on correctly. I can say I will definitely not be returning in the future I am very disappointed.
