Honestly the place is really clean and the staff is friendly. However, not all the staff is trained correctly. I asked for kinky twists and they was literally the ugliest kinky twist ever. It was so bad that my mother went back to the salon and compliant to the manger. They don’t give refunds. Monee was the lady who did my hair. If you do happen to get your hair done at the salon do not, I repeat DO NOT LET MONEE TOUCH YOUR HAIR !!

I was referred here by a family friend… and let’s just no longer friends! 1st sign, RIDICULOUS wait. Be prepared for 40+ minutes before being seated. Second, the staff is extremely unprofessional, unpolished, and to be quite frank untalented. The stylist I went to was sooo slack. She sloppily ate food over my head while styling my hair. And her “apprentice”, aka her niece, twerks and complains while washing other customers hair. Above all, I left with uneven cuts, bald spots, and trauma after spending $200+
