I really wanted to enjoy the experience but I did not at all and felt like I was just on a factory line. Very unprofessional. Had an appointment set up as a gift and was contacted the day of the appointment canceling the appointment because of the therapist “not feeling well”. As a business owner, I would not allow this to happen, which if you read other reviews happens frequently. An option the business could have offered was another time slot the same day and perhaps pay an employee to stay over. BUYER BEWARE, choose another location. Very disappointing.

Purchased a gift card in February for a birthday gift. When receiver went to use said gift card, they were told there was no record of the gift card and were treated basically as though they stole it. After they attempted several phone calls to rectify the situation to no avail they turned to us, the purchaser, to see if we would have any luck. First off, I AM MORTIFIED to have given a gift which caused the receiver not only embarrassment but extra work. Called Mullica Hill who stated several times ‘they had no record of the purchase’. Finally after several back and forth phones calls, they located the purchase. Their excuse was that the card was supposed to have 6 additional digits on it, which I assuming the girl who sold it to us failed to do. Stated furthermore if the receiver wanted to use the gift card they would need the extra six digits. We requested a refund, and were denied. It is ridiculous the time and effort we have put in to using a purchase and offered nothing but ‘apologies’. The customer service with this franchise is SERIOUSLY lacking. Not only will I never use again, i will make sure I recommend to all to never use.

I’ve been going for years and I love the professional therapists and atmosphere. My only complaint is that it’s hard to book an appointment on evenings and weekends. Usually when I call to book a massage appointment, I’m told there is nothing open for the next 3-4 weeks.

She focuses on areas that appear tight even when I don’t even realize how tight I am there. I have a lot of muscular spasms and I feel so much better after getting a massage. The entire staff at the Mullica Hill site are great. Everyone is very professional and competent. I feel very safe during COVID-19 pandemic due to the cleanliness and precautions that are taken here.
