Moxie is such an amazing salon and boutique that specializes in curly hair care, but that didn’t stop them from helping out my fine pin straight hair. The ladies there are so wonderful. Bianca is my hair bestie there! She does amazing work and she always gotta smile on her beautiful face! I would highly recommend anyone there. The atmosphere itself in there is very inviting. And they care about the air quality there. So many plants all around the shop. And there is always something you wanna take home from the boutique!

The owner, Kylie, and her assistant, Candice, SAVED THE DAY!! I recently had my hair highlighted at another salon, and had a horrible experience where the top half of my hair was yellowing while the bottom was my normal beige-pearl color. I was so lucky to snag a last minute appointment due to a cancellation with Kylie and she was able to tone my hair and educate me on what had occurred. She gave me amazing advice and even recommended a salon in a new state I was moving to. I went from feeling not pretty and upset with my hair (going into my birthday weekend), to ready to take on the weekend!! The salon was adorable, and the staff was SO kind, funny, and nice. It was one of my favorite salons I’ve been to in the area and would recommend it to anyone!

I have always been very picky with my hair, but recently made the switch to see what Moxie has to offer. I see Lexi Smith now and she is incredible! Her bubbly personality is unmatched and I TRUST HER WITH MY HAIR! I’m impressed by her professionalism and talent and also the fact that she is always able to keep the health of my hair in mind when coloring/styling. Most of the time I will bring in ideas of what I want my hair to look like and Lexi listens to every single detail and will recreate it. Or now, I leave Lexi to get creative herself which I trust because she always knows what will look best with my face shape, skin, etc. I attached a photo below to show Lexi’s amazing work. My roots are naturally very dark so I like it to be able to blend with my hair when it grows out.
