Hate to give it a 1 since I am sure they are good by the reviews. Yet I stopped by tonight to see what they would charge me for a dye in my hair. I stood there for almost 5 minutes at the counter while workers chit chatted. Frustrated I left. Nobody was busy and they were about 5 feet from me. Why have a bell on the door. Sadly I left.
