Won’t use the place anymore. I’ve looked past them spraying bleach in my hair thinking it was a water bottle but then try to charge me? They never have more than 1 or 2 women working and they can’t stay on schedule. Unfortunately the only ones left are the ones that butcher your hair and don’t listen to how you want it cut they seem to make that their decision. But I gave them one more try because I was running late and couldn’t go to Millard. It’s 530 and people have jobs they close at 6!! At 530 they have a sign in the window they’re closed. In this day and age u better have great customer service because Supercuts are a dime a dozen and gretna location is a pass from now on.

Extremely disappointed in Lexi at this location – she destroyed my sons hair, didn’t listen and was argumentative. Worst cut he has ever had, so much that he left in tears. The quality of stylist here went completely downhill over the last two year. Do not visit this location. Haircut

They are under new management now.. they are only open a few days out of the week due to understaffed. Being that the whole crew left with no notice. went there the other day to get a haircut. I showed up right when they opened and I was the only customer there. Lexi cut my hair but she seemed to just want to rush through it. Messed up my haircut… I politely told her that it was not right and she tried to correct it but made it worst. I paid for my haircut and left and then went to a different supercuts and had it blended in and fixed.

Set my appointment and got right in during my appointment time. Explained what I wanted and kept wondering what she was doing. Not my normal place so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. After screwing one side up she had to match it on the other. Cut it extremely short to high so couldn’t really blend. Ended up cutting one side of my hair on top and went to the other side. Cut a little and she said ok we are done. I mention my other side and she said yeah it looks long cause I have a curl in my bangs area. After getting back to my house I come to find out she didn’t hardly cut anything on that side. Of course to late to get fixed since I was already 45 miles away. Ended up having to cut it with my own scissors. Luckily the other side is extremely short I can some what make it look better! Man I sure wish I didn’t tip her! But she was more worried about answering the phone so the other lady can eat and more worried about texting her friend about her 21st birthday party! Will never go there again!

2 different locations recently. The most recent in gretna. Both times, a simple male cut is messed up. This time is bad enough to need fixing which requires paying someone else as i will not go back to supercuts. A company that’s all set to take the money but doesn’t want to provide the proper service paid for.

I get my 3 boys’ hair cut there about every 10-12 weeks. Mostly I chose because it was close and I could call ahead on my way instead of appointments. They do a good job if you know what you want or have a picture. They aren’t always the warmest, but I have found if you are nice and you start the conversation they warm up easily. I think it’s around $15/ boy plus tip.

First off, give these fine women a raise, No seriously, do it. Taylor was my main Mullet Artist for the night, I gave her complete freedom to do as she pleased to make my mullet look cleaned up and ready to party. (I sadly forgot the other lady’s name, I’m sorry ) But she drew on the flames to be scorched into the side of my head to compliment my hair style, She didn’t disappoint either. Both were very enjoyable to talk to and joke with and took care to make a mullet look good.

Be sure you set up an appointment online. They do not take walk ins as their sign states “no appointment necessary”. Pulled up with my son at 11:20 AM and no one was in there. Associate walked out of the back and said they had a Customer scheduled to arrive in 10 minutes. Couldn’t get him a cut until 3:30. My sons hair cut should only take 10 minutes. Regardless, could be good at what they do, just ensure you get an appointment. Off to Sports Clips
