I’ve been going to this location for years and very frequently. Mary and the rest of the staff are always welcoming and helpful. I can always get an appointment when needed and they never fuss when I need to reschedule do to my hectic work schedule. Mary always take her time to make sure I am getting exactly what I asked for. I went in to see if my daughter and I could get a pedicure and as soon as I walked in the staff and atmosphere was vary rude and uninviting. Before I could even finish my sentence she cut me off so rudely and said: no, we don’t have time. Instead she could have jusr said they were short staffed and offered us an alternate date and time to come back…bottom line the customer service should’vebeenbetter. It made me think it was because we are black because right after we left I watched her take another NON black client. Don’t go here take your money elsewhere. After a quick look around the shop, equipment looked outdated and unsanitary…glad I noticed this before leaving.

This place is very clean, very welcoming and everyone are very friendly and polite. Caroline did my manicure, pedicure and my daughter’s pedicure and she did an excellent job. She is such a sweetheart. Mary did my daughter’s gel full set and she is also very friendly and sweet. My daughter and I have finally found our spot to get our nails done.
