I had shoulder and low back pain. Went to the Dr and that was fun but you can’t stay on pain pills for long and then went to a chiropractor for adjustments and massage for pain relief so I could sleep. Works better than pain pills. Highly recommend if you have pain. Get a massage from Sarah!
