With the reviews I thought they would do great hair cut and so visited for the first time and I was disappointed. I wanted to have a layered haircut where I did not see any layers at the back after haircut. Then I told hair stylist to cut as to get the layers but still the layers not visible and was told that only blow out could make layers visible where I was not satisfied. May be I have to try with different hair stylist next time.

Went around noon to get a wash and blow out. The woman looking at the appointment book tells me, sry we can’t take you, we have people coming in. No one sitting and waiting as well. Another stylist comes up front asking about which clients are running late. She did not even ask to see how long my hair is. I could have been done in 20 to 25 mins since m hair is above shoulder length.
