My husband went in for an MVP hair cut but came out with a messed up uneven hair cut. Hairstylist didn’t want to fix it and clocked out after “finishing” his haircut. Very unprofessional on handling your clients do better.

I have used servicer for years and I was told that I could get my hair washed and then a hot towel on my face and after that a 5 minute massage on neck and across the top for $7. This is especially true and complete worth it for you to have a little car for a few dollars i recently went to get the same thing and I was told that it would be $5 for shampoo and additional $5 – $7 ,for a condition treatment which is the only way that you can get conditioner and then the $5 for every 5 minutes of their time to dry your hair. So it now comes to $17 – $20 and the truth is that I am not even sure that it is 5 minutes so I need to time this out for now on. I also asked to make a exception for the info that I have received this past week was not aware of the changes that are made and I have been told that the new policy requirements are made for this exact process and is not able to make any changes

Great haircut and staff was wonderful. When I asked for a Veteran’s discount I was asked if I had a VFW card. I produced my Department of Defense Military Retired ID. I was given the discount but told that I need to have my VFW card next time. There are several verifying IDs out there to prove a Veteran’s claim; I’m not sure the VFW card should be the all inclusive ID. I served in the USAF for 23 years, I’ve been a life member of the VFW since 1991 and 20+ year member of the American Legion, carry a VA card, Veteran is stated on my driver’s license but I don’t carry my VFW ID. I will be disappointed to hear that the VFW card is the only ID accepted. Attached is samples of Veteran and Military IDs.

I took my two very young grandsons in for haircuts. They were so kind and friendly. They handled the boys well and efficiently. I especially want to recognize Tori. She did a fantastic job! It was a bit more than I hoped to pay for little boy haircuts, but the results were outstanding.

First time visitor after my old stylist ghosted me. Other reviews say wait time is a problem and while I made sure I was there right when they opened I can tell that wait times are in fact a problem. I’m not a good haircut patron. I don’t know what I want or even what’s possible. Still, Tori did a wonderful job with my poor instructions. Prices are reasonable.

When when they tell you to be there by 430 and you show up at 424 with your appointment cancelled. To come and rush all that way for them not to even want to cut my hair right there as a professional courtesy. Not worth it.They wait is just not worth it anymore. Both my 4 year old and 2 year old sons have got their first hair cuts here and we love it! Extremely friendly staff and I’ve always been very pleased with their hair. We stopped in today and worked with Amanda. She did a fabulous job on my 2 year old and she was very sweet!

If I had the chance to give them a half a star, I would. I wouldn’t recommend this place, they cut your hair how they want it to be cut, not how you want it to be cut. You want your hair cut right, stay away from this joke of a shop.
