Critical: QualityJohn did not do a good job with my manicure or pedicure. My nails are not smooth and are very scratchy. One of them chipped on my way out and instead of redoing the entire nail, he just blotted the chipped spot so now it does not look good. The last time I was here the service was fabulous, but this time not so much. Very disappointed. I was looking for a relaxing morning and did not receive one due to being extremely rushed. John did not do a good job with my manicure or pedicure. My nails are not smooth and are very scratchy. One of them chipped on my way out and instead of redoing the entire nail, he just blotted the chipped spot so now it does not look good. Critical: PunctualityI’ve used this place a few times for various services, but I’ve had more poor experiences then good at this point that I feel like I have to write a review. You can call ahead to schedule an appointment but more than once they work on a first come first service basis and completely ignore your scheduled time. I call to schedule an appointment because I have a schedule that I’m trying to adhere to. The worst is that if your one of the “regulars” they just let you walk in and go first line and completely ignore those that are waiting or have a scheduled time! I understand that they get busy but it would be wonderful if maybe they call you to say they a running behind schedule, so if you need to reschedule you can. In stead you get there, get ignored then it ends up being a waste of time and poor experience. I was waiting there today and got passed by four people, even one that had an appointment time after my scheduled appointment.
