Madison does a fantastic haircut, she’s very creative and friendly. Every time I’ve been there all the staff have seemed nice, the salon is clean and there’s a variety of products to choose from. They accept online appointments or walk-ins. It’s a haircut salon which I think is a great concept, after all the haircut is the foundation for everything else you do . I absolutely love my new swingy , shattered medium length bob Madison created for me today. The 5 inches of battered , burnout hair was no loss at all, I look amazing! It was definitely Great Clips for me! I visited a second time today 06/21/22. Madison wasn’t in so I went ahead and tried Hope a seasoned stylist. She is experienced , a bit sassy , and fun. She gave me a great professional haircut and I liked it. If Madison isn’t available I’d use Hope again. I like my cut it is precise and she’s good!. The only thing I didn’t like was her manager. She was rude AF. She doesn’t need to be in her position and I hope the owner of the Franchise reads this. This manager is tired and worn out. I asked directions to a place and she actually said out loud, ” what do I look like, MapQuest?”. That is horrible customer service especially from the manager. This person acted in such an unprofessional manner she not only should be demoted, sir or madam she should be replaced. The entire moral or your staff is at stake. Please take this as constructive criticism. You have a lot of very talented stylist. Don’t lose reputation and money due to a sour apple. Thank you Hope, I do really like this cut and style.

My hair was getting super long, lots of split ends and I finally took advantage of Great Clips $7.99 haircut. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular, but Beverly (also the manager at this location) did a wonderful job with my hair! She listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t cut too much or too little. I wasn’t sure if I wanted layers or not, and after discussing with her, she gave me beautiful long layers. I’m happy with the results and will definitely use her again.
