We pulled up at 5:35pm on Saturday and they were locking up. They said “you’re too late”. I said “the hours are until 6pm”. they said “well, when nobody comes for two hours this is what happens”. I said “then change your hours, but my kid needs his hair cut.”. they said “too bad”. they then proceeded to stand in the parking lot and chat for a few minutes while we were getting back in the car. Unreal. I 100% do not recommend this place.

Reasonably priced haircut. I checked in on the app, went in at my scheduled time, and had the misfortune of walking in right after a family who despite being walk ins were somehow all taken ahead of me. Waited 35 minutes. Not sure what the point of checking in on the app is, but the staff recommended me to use that feature when I went the first time.

Checked in online with a 17 minute wait. Arrived exactly on time and the ladies there could care less about greeting you. No visible monitor with your name on it to find out how much more I needed to wait. 20 minutes later and 3 haircuts in the lady comes over and says “You can take your coat off in the corner” no good morning or hello. The haircut is about 5 minutes long with the least attention to detail. Sideburns are not matched and the overall experience was quite poor. Stay away!

My boys enjoyed the experience thoroughly. My youngest does not enjoy the barber’s chair. The crew was very patient and accommodating. Friendly staff. I must emphasize that every location is not created equal. Thank you Kirsten and crew.
