I went to the Lambertville location for a haircut after a bad experience elsewhere. Chris was very understanding, helpful, and explained everything she was going to do. She called over Melissa for another opinion and to just go over what I was needing and how to correct it. Both were so supportive and told me exactly how I needed to get back to how I liked it. Sadly it’s now a grow out phase again (not due to their doing). Chris did hand me over to Melissa for future cuts as she was more experienced in my style. She didn’t have to do that or be honest. She cut my hair as much as she could to help get it started. I’m very thankful to them both and their honesty. She didn’t charge me as much due to not being able to do much to it. Again due to starting over. Still it feels better as well I did leaving. I will be back. Thank you for all the great staff and experience.

Friendly and short wait but asked for light layers and walked out with this ended up going somewhere else to get it semi corrected and it’s so bad there is no style I can do other than wearing a hat to hide it. I don’t even have the top layer down in the photo to show even more bad layers Haircut

No…not great clips. More like quick chop. Even though I took in 2 pictures of the cut I wanted… within appx. 6 minutes I lost 5 inches of hair, my bangs got chopped to near my hairline, it’s VERY uneven and now I need a haircut from my haircut . 17$ for a hairchop. UGLY. Please go to a reputable stylist … unless a quick chop for just under 20 bucks suits you
