I understand everyone is short staffed and overworked but to be unkind shouldn’t be ok. Quality of the haircut is definitely still dependent on the individual stylist; I’ve had some who can deduce the best cut to give based on my past history, and I have others who guessed the best way to do it and didn’t do as good a job. For the record, I’m a guy with a pretty simple hair style – 1″ on the sides, and 1.5″ on top. No product, no combing, no styling – just cut it and let it lie there.
