I made an appointment with Laura to get eyelash extensions and when the day came she had to reschedule, which i get, stuff happens. She rescheduled me for a week later and then an hour before the appointment she rescheduled again, which I got because of a family issue but she then made me wait a whole more week and then when the appointment came at 11 am on Sunday i texted her before I even left to go to the appointment asking if we were still good. She never answered me, i even got there early at 10:45, i then called her around 10:55 she never answered and then i waited till 11:15 and tried calling again and she didn’t answer me again so i just left and i also left a voicemail telling her that i had been waiting and i decided to leave. I am upset that she wasted my time on one of my only days off and she didn’t even text me to apologize for never showing up.
