booked a couples massage for 90 mins. upon arriving they gave us both 30 mins worth of foot rubs which were great and told us we would then have a 1 hour massage after, that’s not what we booked but okay i’m not going to ruin my vacation by fighting with them so i went with it. after the foot rub they wanted us to get into massage chairs for our remaining back rub. I was like “What”? don’t you have tables? the y said um OK yes itll be about 15 mins. So we sat and waited. it seems they needed to wait for other employees to show up. So we finally ended up downstairs for the remaining 1 hr massage. so say the least it wasn’t any massage i was used to getting. They only did my backside never had me flip, asked me to keep my underwear on which was a first for me and she began over working the same area for the whole hour to the point i left in pain. I repeatedly asked her to stop working that area but it seems they don’t understand a lick of English there and most of the time we were getting the couples massage the 2 masseuse were talking the whole time. So I left in more pain then when i arrived. Manhattan has plenty of places to choose from Id continue your search.

I have never had a worse nail experience in my life. These people left me with a huge nail infection in which my nails were throbbing and bruised for days. They don’t listen to the customer and do whatever they want anyway and charge for every single thing. This place is a nightmare.
