I have been here twice for manicures as they are the only local salon that is open on Sundays. The last time my experience was just ok. This time I arrived with dip polish already on my nails. I asked for removal of the dip and new colors with shellac. The gentleman who was working with me began to remove my nails with the manicure drill which is typical. He then brought out a box of artificial nail tips. I told him I’m not looking for artificial nails to which he responded he knew. He then used the artificial nail tip to begin chipping away at the nail polish! Next, he started using the nippers to do so-chipping away at my hardened dip polish without any soak at all. I told him he was going to damage my nail to which he responded he would not. He kept chipping away at which point I said either he soaks them off or I was leaving. Once the polish was removed via soak (afterward I did see him dumping my used acetone into the jug near all of the jugs that they use for new clients although I’m unsure if this is a disposal jug it’s still concerning) I declined a new color. I was charged $15 for the polish removal-very unreasonable. I would not recommend this facility nor will I ever go back.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI tried this nail salon two times. The first time I got a full set of acrylics and the second I got a fill. The nail dehydrator and acrylic they used made my nail beds burn. NOTHING was clean. The towel my nail tech used looked like he had been using it all day. There was nail dust from previous customers everywhere and the place reeks like smoke (the employees take a break every 5 min to smoke). My nail tech even took multiple breaks from doing my nails to watch the football game playing on the TV. Half of the staff were not wearing a mask. My nail tech asked me if I was in high school (I’m a registered nurse). The skin around my nails was left bleeding when I left from how rough he filed the side of my nails. Not to mention I told him which colors I wanted on each nail only to have him screw that up and apply a sparkle I didn’t want on my thumbs. I always have a lot of understanding for small nail salons like this one because they’re inexpensive and I don’t expect perfection. The customer service wasn’t bad but I was pretty disappointed by the basic manicure I got. The shape were all uneven and didn’t look almond at all. The polish was streaky and you could still see my nail underneath in the streaks after two coats. They chipped the same day.

One of the best shellac’s and polish change I have ever had! I had a bad shellac job elsewhere and came here to have it redone and my toes repainted to match. It was a Sunday and I walked right in without an appointment and got serviced right away. The attention to detail was incredible and the color choice blew my mind! Also Kelly did an amazing job at nail art too! Definitely will be going back!
