Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had bought a laser hair removal package and had been going for about a year. One day I had to reschedule an appointment no one answered the phone. I had bought a laser hair removal package and had been going for about a year. One day I had to reschedule an appointment no one answered the phone. I kept calling days later and never got a call back. Anytime I’d call it would have a strange answering service related to immigration medical services. I want a refund on my package but I have no way to contact them for a refund.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI do not recommend this place at all! They are very unprofessional and unaccommodating! I was looking for a place to receive regular Botox treatments etc. To begin with it took me almost 3 months just to get an initial appointment. Finally, I received a text as a reminder and it said to confirm via text and when you do confirm it says the number is no longer in service which has been going on for quite some time as other customers have explained to me. This seems like a simple fix so with all the money they charge I don’t see what the problem is. In addition, I was told I could only use one Groupon per visit which was not explained to me initially nor on the Groupon site and I wanted to use my Groupon to try out the facility. But the manager was unaccommodating and refused to do so and poor customer service all around so I would not recommend this place!I do not recommend this place at all! I was looking for a place to receive regular Botox treatments etc. To begin with it took me almost 3 months just to get an initial appointment. They cancelled my Botox appointment on the appointment day. I had gone there several times previously and had made my most recent appointment for November back in June. They claimed that they basically had no Botox available. I had no problem finding an appointment somewhere else and I will never use Evolution Med Spa again. I would definitely recommend Evolution Med Spa! I had a very good experience today, the receptionist was extremely friendly and professional. I didn’t have to wait long at all. Donna was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative! Overall, Very nice place and everyone was amazing! I definitely will return! However the thing that pushed me to trade my Groupon in for another provider was the nasty responses this clinic leaves in response to negative reviews left by people who were unhappy with the service or like me, never got the service. Literally calling people liars and snapping back like women on a trashy reality show in their Groupon reviews. I tried so many times to call and no answer then I get the recording of voicemail is full. This is unprofessional.
