No, my appoinment was cancelled a few days before a very important interview with the Arizona Republic on the lack of Senior Services and Housing for Older Citizens. I wanted to look decent, since I have been in ill health over the last 2 years. I had to make a number of arrangements just to get to Haley Lynne’s and then it was cancelled without a simple explanation. Something like, “I’m so sorry, I know this was important to you but ——– ” or “I know it’s an inconvience, I don’t want you to wait another 10 days for a cut, I’ll —— ” would have been appreciated. By 10 days I’ve already talked with the reporter, and my pasty face framed by starchy strands of soy noodles, photograped. I prompty received an email back directing me to find another stylist. Hey, Haley Lynne, no haircutter is that good. Arrogance is an affect unbecoming. I WILL go somewhere else, hopefully with PROFESSIONALS, WHO KNOW WHAT “FULL SERVICE” MEANS —- TREATING THEIR CLIENTS RESPECFULLY, THOUGHTFULLY, CONSIDERATELY, and KINDLY.
