Very Friendly and the Front desk Staff was very nice and friendly. Dr. Harmon was caring and explained what he was going do and he called me at home to see how I was doing after the Surgery. All the nurses were very nice and caring and took very good care of me. I would definitely recommend this place.

My negative experience was not for Dr. Holmes’s office, their staff, or their wait time, but the doctor herself. She felt the best way to treat a cyst in a sensitive area was to shoot hydrocortisone into it. She said local anesthesia would be dangerous but didn’t explain why in the least—maybe because it was close to closing time?

My insurance stopped covering the moisturizer I had been using for 6 years right before my wedding. I called to see if another prescription could be called in for me. They were completely rude and said they wouldn’t do it since it had been over a year since I’d been there. (I get it; that’s a while) They wouldn’t even lift a finger to help me get an appointment. I called my previous dermatologist in north Alabama (who I hadn’t seen in 4 years) and they made special accommodations for me to be seen before my wedding. Office that just wants your copay vs. office that cares about patients.

Had an appointment scheduled when they opened and when I showed up they said it was next week. I got a call from them to confirm my appt on this date. Specifically scheduled this on a certain day. No attempt to fit me in. Office manager callous to this. Not a new patient. Won’t go back.

Dr. Viders and his staff were excellent. I had a bad skin cancer on my back and Dr. Viders found it. The diagnosis was done after a pathology confirmation. His office set me up with a wonderful surgical oncologist and the process was seamless. Thanks to all who helped.
