I generally like this place, but on a recent visit the person working the reception counter took a photo of the back of my credit card and sent it via sms to someone for processing. They said their internet was out, but if they asked me for permission I would have said no. I would have been happy to pay cash over canceling the card while traveling.

Very relaxing massage. I had a 1 hour massage as a gift, which was whole body including foot reflexology. It started with soaking my feet in hot tea water with a shoulder massage, then to lying down. It went slightly over an hour, which was nice. jK was very thorough and professional, making sure the pressure was not too much but not too weak either, and paying more attention to the tighter muscles. I felt looser and calm after. The place is also very clean.

Staff did not change towels or wipe down furniture between clients. Foot massage wasn’t great. Masseuse focused mostly on my calves and rushed through the actual massage on my feet. She used haphazard, uneven movements that were inconsistent from foot to foot. It felt rushed and unskilled. Just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean it should be bad! Not sure I’ll be coming back. First time customer here, but long time foot reflexology massage user. Purchased the $20, 30 minute foot massage. Staff did not change towels or wipe down furniture between clients. Foot massage wasn’t great. Masseuse focused mostly on my calves and rushed through the actual massage on my feet. She used haphazard, uneven movements that were inconsistent from foot to foot. This spa was overall an awesome experience. The atmosphere was decent; furniture was pretty comfortable. There were about 5 or 6 spa tables and a lot of workers, which was good because my family was all able to have a massage at the same time.

Great value. They were able to accommodate me and my wife simultaneously in a separate area. We were both sore from work and heavy exercise going in, and we both left feeling wholly renewed. The foot massage includes a pre-massage soak as well as moderate treatment of shoulders, back, hips/buttocks, and legs. Interior’s a little shabby but that’s not what you’re here for. These men know what they’re doing. I may call ahead and book an appointment next time.

OH MY GOODNESS! I have had several foot massages in NYC and this place is by far the BEST! I researched to try to find the best—because we always get a foot massage—and found good reviews for Relax Foot Spa. I had Paul —- he was fantastic. I told him of some neck issues I have and he was very considerate of that. My niece also liked her person and I apologize I can’t think of his name. I will be going back in March and will definitely go see Paul. Thank you Relax Foot Spa for making our trip more comfortable and relaxing!
