Critical: ProfessionalismI have been rejected from this salon before I can even walk through the door. They don’t even know me. When you try to make an appointment, I suggest never saying you would like an appointment in the next few days. It created a frenzy. Sara called me back and disclosed she has another job so things are tough. Tammy hung up on me. Much time was wasted explaining how each stylist had there own book rather than scheduling an appointment. Then I get a phone call I assume from the owner, telling me to go elsewhere with a tone of joy…. so humorous!
