This is my third time at 76 West, and I can’t say enough about the experience and results. I have never been a short hair person and Katey has delivered awesome cuts every time. I keep coming back for more! She made me feel comfortable and confident and asked me personal questions, as well as made personal suggestions, so I felt like it was a haircut for ME. The salon is beautiful and comfortable. They use amazing products. These stylists are definitely color experts! Also, the shop manager, Angie, is one of kind. She does it all and keeps the salon beautiful and running smoothly. I will keep coming here from Virginia Beach because I have yet to find another person I trust with my hair like Katey or a salon experience like 76 West on the south side. Definitely treat yourself here!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis salon is very unprofessional. The owner does not take the time to greet and welcome new customers. On top of that, other employees complain verbally about their miserable life. Who wants to go to a salon to relax and hear employees complaining about their life. Not me.
