Critical: QualityYesterday I had my hair cut at this Great Clips by ” Barbie”. I am 66 years old, and this is the worst haircut of my life. I told her tapered up the back, leave me some bangs and take some weight off the top. I did tell her short, but I sure didn’t anticipate a man’s flattop. At one point I became concerned and said, hey, leave me some hair. I became more concerned when she asked the stylist next to her for help. She took double the time my simple haircut normally takes. My hair is butchered. I have been going to this location for several years, and Jason and the rest of the staff have always done a great job. Barbie needs to go back to school and/or be closely supervised. I am a cancer patient, and my hair recently grew back after receiving chemo treatments. Well, now I really look like a cancer patient. Only waited 10 minutes in the lobby, but I’d wait an hour just to get my haircut there again. Stylists were of the upmost quality! Loved it here.

This particular Great Clips has several very experienced stylists. I’ve been going here for years and take whoever i get assigned at check-in and am rarely disappointed. I travel for work and have to get my hair cut at random other places around the country from time to time so i know how variable the experience can get. I highly recommend this location. Use the automated check-in phone ap to be first in line when you arrive.

My fiance had gone here multiple times. Myself only once. My fiance , however never learns. It doesn’t matter who’s working in there , we’ve always had a bad experience. The one time I got my hair cut there, I asked for Layers. I got one, one layer. This time, my fiance , has ended up with super short hair bc the people can’t get the cut right, & why didn’t they trim the top!! So he looks like he’s got a bowl on his head!
