I had my heart set on a massage this morning, but I am 12.5 weeks pregnant and this spa’s policy is that you can’t receive a massage until I am 13 weeks. No worries though… they rescheduled me for a facial and it was the BEST facial of my life! Sica was wonderful and could not have taken better care of me. I have had many facials but this one will always stand out. Don’t hesitate to call and book with Sica, I promise you will not be disappointed. Next time I am in Orlando I will call and schedule again!

Okay, so the massage was good. Tech was great. However All the extras were not explained as being extras. Costing a lot more than expected. I mean a few were just creams and a bit of sticker shock. It’s not a money issue, just a price explanation. Afterwards it felt like just an up sell session than a relaxing massage. Tarnished the relaxing session. Afterwards I felt taken advantage of, rather than the relaxing experience it should have been. Felt great the next day and during the process. They even did the hard sell to my wife saying “your husband bought……” so not cool. My wife then felt obligated to get the same. So just expect an expensive up sale than a relaxing bliss filled experience.

THE BEST spa experience to be had is at The Grand Floridian and I had an excellent facial, muscle relaxant and hand treatment with Sica! I will be back and will request Sica! This place IS the definition of the highest quality spa experience. This spa is nothing less than 5-stars. I do not easily give a 5 star review either.

Honestly a very disorganized spa, no systems, lockers were broken and didn’t work and 98% of them were taken and those that werent didnt lock. They had a gender mix up as well which added to frustration. They seemed like they over booked and had no seats in the womens waiting area, all seats were taken leaving 3 people standing to wait for services. First pair of shoes i was given were dirty and sticky. The therapist tried to make it up but caused more damage than good, I think, as everything hurts 50% more than before. Very disappointed in this spa especially for the prices they charge. Oh also they allow young kids in the spa as well, which is not bad if controlled but the kids were making a lot of noise. Just opposite of a relaxing day.

I made an appointment for myself, my sons and their fiancées prior to our visit to WDW. It was to be a birthday treat to myself, and engagement prep(one proposal was to happen during our trip). Since they said they only had so many nail techs on, our appointments were staggered out. Everyone was to have a deluxe mani/pedi service, but since we were coming in from different parks, three of us arrived first and I asked since it was all the same services, could I and the two present with me go first, the last 2 people were not far behind and would arrive in time for the last two times we had scheduled. The staff said that was no problem, and we were escorted to the back waiting/relaxation room…where I entered up waiting for an hour. Called my son who was coming to the later appointment, he said they had arrived and not even been escorted to the back with refreshments/robe change like the first of us were. They said they didn’t have the time to do all that for them and pretty much rushed their services, and I wasn’t even up there yet. When the tech overheard their convo, suddenly someone appeared to escort me to have my mani(oh and I canceled my pedi bc i ended up with a huge blister that I felt would be aggravated by a pedi). He told me that the minute he said, “ OMG are you still back there? Calm down…” that’s the tech rushed out to get me. $700+ for subpar treatment. Also, all our polish started chipping immediately afterwards Don’t waste your time or money. They gave me five tiny packets of bath salts to “apologize“…I get spectacular service from my usual nail tech at home who goes by appointment only. If there were zero stars I would give that.
