Went to great clips 8/20/22 at Market at Trailwinds because I have used great clips in the past. My previous stylist had put all my information in the computer because she knew I was moving. My hair cut was with Tara she was unable to find me by my address. I asked if she could use my phone number she responded no. I had to wait in the waiting area. When my time came to be seated in her chair she asked how I wanted my hair cut. Which i replied is it not in the computer? Then she asked for my phone number. She checked and came back and asked what size guard they normally use. I replied a 1 or a 2 on the sides. (I HAD A NORMAL MANS HAIR CUT short on the sides and back longer on top) Before I could respond she took the clippers to the top of my head with a number 1 guard & buzzed all my hair off (MILATARY STYLE). A child could have cut my hair the way she did. The word stylist does not need to be any associated with here title. I want people to know how bad the haircut was and how unprofessional they are. I will never go back!!!!

Fran ( i think that is her name) took almost 45 minutes to cut my hair which was a simple 5 on the top, 1 on the side. At the end, she did not give me a mirror to look at the back. I came home and my wife almost laughed because the back was so uneven. Clearly, Fran is so inexperienced. Stay away

The gentleman who cut my grandsons hair didn’t listen to anything that was told to him and did his own thing and I had to deal with an upset teenager. Everytime I come here it is the worst haircut ever. It’s attractive because it is close to my house but it is not worth it. I get that it is a great clips so it’s supposed to be cheap and mediocre cuts at best but it not even cheap! The girl tonight didn’t even brush or blow the hair off me at all. She didn’t listen to me and I had to fix my hair when I got home. Just drive a bit further for a good haircut and skip this place.
