Sport Clips Haircuts of Burleson

Critical: QualityI visited Sports Clips Burleson, TX on 12/14/2020 around 5 pm. I am a female that gets a medium fade undercut. The top is very curly and is left quite long (down to my chin in front and bottom of ear in back when hair is wet and straight). Not a complicated haircut.I told the stylist to take ONE INCH off the top, and even showed her quite clearly several times with my hands. I also told her the blade numbers to use for my fade and physically showed her on my head where the fade should be. It had only been 4 weeks since my last cut. This was a new stylist. I took off my glasses and she began the cut after confirming the correct length to take off the top with me.She then proceeded to take FIVE INCHES off the top. (Yes, I actually measured the length of where it was to where she cut it when I got home.) When I could put my glasses on at the end of the cut, I could already see it was WAY shorter than it should have been, but it wasn’t until I got home that I saw the full extent of it. The entire cut was extremely choppy, with some sections VERY short, and some left several inches “long.” She also took my fade way too short and too high, despite being given clear instructions.It was quite honestly the worst haircut I’ve had in my entire life. It was so obviously butchered that to keep it was out of the question. I had to shave it down at home to a 3 to match the shortest length she had cut on top. So now I have no freaking hair, because I didn’t want to look like I stuck my head in a blender. Even my professional stylist friends in other states were horrified at the pictures I sent them.I will be contacting the store manager tomorrow 12/15/2020 to show them the photos and demand a refund.Oh, also, the stylist I saw lied to me about this location offering a military discount – she said they do not. Critical: Quality, ValueSo this is what my teenage sons hair looked like after we left Saturday, unfortunetly I didn’t notice it till Sunday. Called today and spoke to the asst mgr who did offer to correct the situation. Not what I was after, just wanted to make her aware of the bad haircut we paid for. So this is what my teenage sons hair looked like after we left Saturday, unfortunetly I didn’t notice it till Sunday. Called today and spoke to the asst mgr who did offer to correct the situation. Not what I was after, just wanted to make her aware of the bad haircut we paid for. I personally won’t be spending nor referring anyone to this place.

Critical: QualityMy husband went in for a hair cut on Saturday before my work Christmas party and I truly wished I would have read the comments before he went in. I’VE told his stylist to leave it longer on the top but take the sides down short. His stylist said that she was the regional manager and had been doing hair for 30 years. That has to be a lie. No one doing hair for that long would have turned out a mess like she did. She completely buzz cut his sides and back of his head with no lines, just shaves to the skin. then took off his side burns completely instead of trimming them clean. This is the most boot camp looking pos hair I’ve ever seen. I had to take him to the party in front of bank owners, presidents and managers with this mess. No hair, wth? I also called back when I saw him and said I wanted to speak about the hair cut, left my number and guess how soon I got a call back.
