We specialize in holistic treatments including therapeutic massage, Swedish & Deep tissue massage, chair massage, assisted stretching, hot stones, and cupping therapy! We are the only location in Virginia (outside of the DC area) that offers Microcurrent Point Stimulation with the Dolphin Neurostim, for scar treatment and pain management; as well as Lipo-laser cavitation for fat reduction and skin tightening for face and body. My daughter and I surprised my husband with a massage at True Healing and his experience definitely deserves a five star rating! The establishment has a lovely, tranquil setting. His massage therapist, Terri S., was super friendly and completely professional! She informed us right from the beginning everything that was going to be done and how it promotes healing within the body. This was his first massage but it most definitely will NOT be his last!! Great job Terri and we’re looking forward to visiting with you guys again

This is my favorite place for massage. The staff is very personable and knowledgeable! The environment is so quaint with beautiful chairs and couches and tables! You have to see it for yourself. I have had Lymphatic drain massage with Terri and a deep tissue with Victoria! Love them and will always go back to True Healing for my pain AND relaxation!

The building is set back from Fort Ave. Might be easier to get there from Memorial. It is in a remodeled home. Other than that small frustration. Check-in was quick and simple since I completed the online forms that they sent me. The massage therapist listened to what I was concerned with and focused on those issues specifically. She was even able to tell which knee was causing me greater pain. She was conversant with topics that i wanted to talk about, but i feel as if she would have been comfortable workimg in silence as well. Totally will continue to use their services in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I received a complimentary Swedish massage from them through the Hands for Heroes program, which they participate in. I respect and appreciate this free service for veterans, first responders, and police members very much! Victoria did my session and she blew my mind…I wasn’t expecting much because this was technically a free service for my first time as a veteran. I felt welcomed, pampered, and so relaxed when she finished. She took her time and eased my mind and muscles. I left there smiling ear to ear! Please give them a try, ( I’m definitely going back )you won’t regret it!

Absolutely incredible experience!! I went with a friend and neither of us had ever had a massage before. We had Victoria and Hope and we are still raving to each other and our family about our experience. I added hot stones and she did cupping – we both highly recommend!! They made us so comfortable with it being our first time. We’re also both nursing students so it was so nice to have them focus on the back, neck, and shoulders. If you’re in doubt – do it!

I went to True Healing Massage for my first ever massage and it was with Victoria. Every aspect of this was a wonderful experience! It’s easy to book an appointment with just a simple text. The day of they texted me with directions and parking instructions. When I got there I was greeted warmly by everyone in the office. Terri did my intake which was quick and easy. They all put you at ease right away. Once we were ready for the massage, Victoria did an amazing job. They asked a lot of questions about where I was experiencing issues or pain and as she massaged she asked questions to see if the pressure was okay. Afterwards I felt amazing!! Being my first massage I was a bit nervous coming into it but she helped to feel relaxed and comfortable. 10 out of 10 rating! Will definitely be back!!
