There was barely a wait to get in the chair. Pre-registering online was really easy. The girl who cut my hair (I feel bad I can’t remember her name) was very friendly, without overdoing it. I’m sure you know what I mean, skillful host by starting and holding conversation. I liked that I felt comfortable and welcome and not like she had somewhere else she wanted to be and I was keeping her.

It seems they hire anyone who claims they can cut hair. My last two times going my hair cut was horrible. No matter what I said to the stylist. I asked for her to blend it better but my fade is not faded. It has lines all through it. The top is cut at different lengths. And the price for this is nearly $30. I don’t understand why these people get hired when they cannot give a decent a haircut. I sent an email to customer service about my last experience but they failed to accommodate for my wasted money.
