I was amazed how quickly I was able to get an appointment when I called. I have just moved in Dallas area from north east recently and didn’t know any place to get my hair done for upcoming travel. I called on Thursday afternoon and I was so lucky they were able to accommodate me next day. Darlene was my hairdresser, loved her, she did amazing job with coloring, highlights and cut. I absolutely love the customer service. It’s very clean. I would definitely go back.

I came here for a haircut for my birthday. I have anxiety around haircuts, so they aren’t always very fun for me. Darlene made it worse than I could have imagined. She did not listen to what I wanted and actually told me that I didn’t know what I was asking for. Then, we got to the haircut, and she started making faces while brushing my hair. I have thick, colored hair that definitely has some damage, but I’ve had several stylists brush, dry, and cut it with no problems. I’ve never had someone outright complain, make faces at me, and pull the ever-loving sh** out of my hair. She then decided to tell me my hair was “like bubblegum” and that I should never dye my hair again. Did she recommend any conditioning treatments? No. Did she offer any solutions at all? Nope, just called my hair bubblegum and finished the haircut that I didn’t ask for. I tried to tell her I didn’t love it, but she cut me off and told me I was wrong again. My haircuts are usually 1.5 to 2 hours. I was out of her chair within 50 minutes. The two stars are for the half decent haircut I got, but didn’t ask for. I will never be back.

It was great. Joe did a great job on my hair which I had chemo and I lost a lot of hair and it was very thin and growing out and was all different lengths, I wanted a certain style and he told me it really wouldn’t work for my hair and how thin it was. I walked out of the shop happy with the style Joe did for me. He listened to what I wanted and just didn’t cut my hair the way I wanted but what would be best for my type of hair. I will definitely go back to the salon.

Critical: Quality, ValueI spent over $400 for hair services here for my daughter and myself. My hair color was great. My haircut went from a sleek stylish cut to the most boring mom cut. All I asked for was a trim.My daughter also only needed a trim and color. The color is a hot mess. I could have seriously done what they did with a box from Target.After the first processing (when the stylist seriously thought we were done) her hair was blotchy and the color was atrocious. It looked like a rusty rainbow with patches. It was awful. I said something and she made an attempt to “tone” it out more and ended up just depositing color on her whole head. Then charging me for a double process. Had she just done it right the first time, we wouldn’t have needed the 2nd process. And the blotchy hair color is poorly placing bleach/color on the hair.They didn’t want me know they were up charging the 2nd processing. So, when I asked for an itemized receipt they said they could to give it to me. But they were able to give me an itemized estimate before my services which was half of what I paid in the end. I’m one of those that will pay for my services and I’m happy to pay a lot fir the good quality. Well, I paid for the junk we got but I won’t pay it again and will make sure everyone I know doesn’t go there as well. I feel like the up charging was a sneaky snake thing to do. I get messing up color and needing to fix it but it’s not my fault don’t charge me for it and pretend like I’m not paying for it.
