My name is Paul, my wife Kathy, my granddaughter Kadyn and I drove 60 miles round trip to this salon only to find they were closed from Nov.24 thru Nov.28 for the holiday! wouldnt you think if you have on line information you would update it when there is a change! Thats two hours wasted (not to mention the gas). According to the web they should have been open on Nov.28! Thanks for caring about your out of town clients Top Nail, we might need to find another nail salon !!!

Omg so awesome my friend was going for Manny peddy the lady that my friend knows quite well,I wasn’t receiving nail treatment,what happened next was heaven,she said come sit in the chair relax,with her magic fingers she pushed the power button,I was in love my back had been locked up but after about a half hour instant relief,omg then the lady said I could sit longer,I says sweetheart if I start 1more cycle you aren’t getting me up,and I ended up with a happy ending,2of the soft peppermint candies so great

I don’t live in Altoona so this is not my usual place. HOWEVER, when my usual manicurist is unavailable, I come to Top Nails. I have always been a “walk-in”, and I’ve only waited maybe five minutes at most. My last visit was beyond excellent with not a single nick to my cuticles. I had Tom and he was superb. Fast, and really skilled in his craft. I’m going to request him for all future visits.

Critical: QualityThey were busy which is great! It was good to see places busy again. I was treated great by the owner, I expressed to her I was in no hurry. They did start to get more busy and the lady who was doing my nails did them quickly! She started working on my nails at 1:40 and I was out of there by 2:00. Don’t get me wrong, quick service is great! However, I questioned the color because it didn’t look like the color on the sample, I questioned if she could file a nail down more to make it more square and she was unable to, which I was just wanting it more even. She didn’t pick around the nail and get skin from around the nail, simply painted and filed the tops some and I was done. I’ve been here before and I absolutely loved it, I haven’t been in a while because I was going somewhere that was in the town where I worked. Absolutely love the people here. they remember each and everyone of their clients personally. Always find time to get me in even if I call randomly and they r busy. All around good people! But aside from being wonderful people they r all good at what they do and make sure ur happy with their work as well!
