Do you really think this is a hair cut? A lady with short blond hair did it to my husband. I don’t know her name. She was done with the hair cut and I was like: Really? I can do this better than her. We moved to another chair with a nice guy who fixed what she did. Another thing was that she was smelling like weed and not all people like this, I don’t! This was our first time here and we are very disapointed.

I have been going to Thee Elite for my last three haircuts. I have had a terrific time and excellent cut at every visit. OC, Jack and a younger man with long red blonde hair (sorry can’t remember the name) have all done a great job! I love the straight razor work that defines my facial hair, eye brows, and hairline. I leave there looking great, smelling great, and feeling great and you won’t get this cut anywhere else and this cut is worth the price everytime!

Normally when I go in there I get lined up in my eyebrows. Charge me 5$ I went in there asking to line them up there’s still a lot of hair in between the lines and there was already lines in there all they had to do was go over the lines already there and they shortened them bad an was charged 10$

Service was slow had a appointment and didn’t get seen for 15 minutes. Got skipped by a barber for someone who walked in. Haircut turned out well. Took longer than expected. Maybe better next time.

Extremely unprofessional. As I was getting my haircut the barber next to me was puking the entire I was there. That barber and the manager should be fired for allowing this behavior to continue. What they permit they promote. Haircut

The guy did an amazing job. Was my first time in the shop and I now have a new place to go. I can’t remember the barbers name but he was the older guy with a gray ball cap. Amazing job guys. Thank you for taking your time and doing a great job. I’ll be seeing you guys again soon. Thanks!

Not coming back here again. Literally waited for about 2 hours. Barbers sat in their chair and played on their phone while there were still customers waiting for a haircut for about 20 minutes. When I get up and ask if we got skipped or what . The guy says oh well sometimes people don’t pay attention and u get skipped. Excuse me ! Maybe turn ur damn tv that you have down and SPEAK UP we would be able to hear you. And trust me I was paying attention. Very poor customer service . Good haircuts but disappointing customer service.
