I’ve had laser hair removal treatments in the past and I have to honestly say by far this is the best treatment I’ve received! I’m a dark brown skinned woman with black hair and literally after my first treatment I haven’t had to use a razor or anything my skin is so smooth!! The staff is always so nice to me from day 1 made me feel like they took my questions and concerns seriously. If you are considering getting laser hair removal treatments please consider this place I don’t think you would be disappointed

I’ve been going to this location for over a year now and can’t recommend them enough. Especially Anna who I’ve seen for most of my hair removal sessions. I still can’t believe how comfortable I felt from the very first session. So glad I signed up and only wish I’d done so sooner but if I had probably wouldn’t of been here or ever met Anna. So guess its good didn’t start earlier. I’m doing full body hair removal. One recommendation if you are considering hair removal (do it) but also considering getting first (or adding) tattoo. Get the laser done first. Tattoos can’t be treated. I got my 2nd tattoo just 25 months prior to starting my laser hair removal. Very happy with both but wish I did the laser first.

I was super excited to finally get laser hair removal after years of being self-conscious about my body/facial hair. I did a lot of research and found Milan as the best option for my tan skin tone. I scheduled a consultation and was hoping to get everything including the payment figured out before leaving for a trip I had planned. I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment that I took full blame for and apologized but they would not complete my consultation. The reason being I was getting close to the 15 minute mark. I drove 30 minutes out and back and took time off from work just to be let down for ALMOST passing the grace period. I had even called prior to the appointment to let them know that I would be showing up. Felt super disrespected and the environment was very unprofessional. I felt like I was being judged upon walking in and they didn’t think I would be worth their time. No empathy at all even after describing my situation and explaining how I arrived before the 15 minute mark. Never experienced something like this in my 23 years of living and hope I never do again. Worst part was I got a text 30 minutes later when I arrived back at work which said “If you are still in the area we had a cancellation and can get you in for your consultation.” Super inconsiderate since I was apologizing and almost begging them to do my consultation so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way back and take off of work again. Wouldn’t feel comfortable or safe with them performing laser on me after this first impression.
