Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been coming here for couple years now. This week I called to schedule an appointment for only flat iron and straightening my bob cut hair!! They never told me the “level” of the stylist I want and apparently they scheduled me with a “level 3” hairstylist. He just used a blowdryer on my curly hair when it’s obvious that my hair gets frizzy and not straight but he didn’t even care. Now you see literally a second after the styling my hair is not straight anymore all over the place and dent! At the end they charged me 92 bucks!!! For only washing hair and blowdry??? And when I asked why it’s so expensive they just said I should pay attention next time with what level of hairstylist I make an appointment! I’ve been coming here for couple years now. This week I called to schedule an appointment for only flat iron and straightening my bob cut hair!! They never told me the “level” of the stylist I want and apparently they scheduled me with a “level 3” hairstylist. Please never use this salon, they make charges to your card without telling you. They have this policy of 48hs cancellation or they charged you almost 100% and my friend cancelled her appointment as soon as she could (more than 24hs) because it was thanksgiving and no one was available to take her call and even tho they know this, they said that they will try to give her as a credit for next appointment, “try”. I can’t believe how unfair this is, they lost 2 clients now. Please go to other hair salon that treat better their customers.

This salon is on the higher end than most salons. My stylist is Blakely. He is a (in my opinion) master at pixie cuts and color. He is easy going and just an awesome person to chat with. Julie has been doing my hair for years and I have never been disappointed! She is amazing and I always leave the salon feeling beautiful. She has a great eye for the details. I get many compliments on my hair and often asked where I get my hair done. Even if you have, no idea what you want done with your hair Julie will help you figure out what style/color compliments you.
