I just had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction and my poor fiance has been trying to help with my hair but it’s been really difficult. I was desperate for a good wash and some kind of braids or something to help it say out of my face. I walked in 1.5 hrs before close, they were busy, they women working figured out how to fit me in and took great care of me! I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and great service!!

The stylists here do a good job, but the overall service is very poor. They reduced their hours to where it’s very difficult to find a time to be able to come in. If you aren’t able to get the online check in system to work (which isn’t uncommon) they will prioritize people who aren’t there, but who have checked in, over you. It’s frustrating waiting in an empty waiting room with the stylists doing nothing just waiting for a check in to show up

I will never use this place again I checked in online when I was next door at my dentist appointment. Went over to get my hair cut done 2 or 3 people walked in about 20 minutes after I was already there and got taken back and all the waiting room was done before I was even noticed. Then I go to call the manager to file a complaint and the Manger starts arguing with me about the situation are you kidding me no.this place is a joke lol…

Since I moved to Utah in 2018, I have exclusively had my hair cut at this location. They have always been so friendly and professional. I’ve never heard anyone complaining or expressing that they may be having a bad day. Plus… Their system keeps the length and style of haircut stored and I’m not asked what size guard would I like used. Idk why but that question makes me feel panicked. Haha. This is a great place with amazing people.
