The technician knew she mess my nail and continued with the poor work just to fall 2 days later. I made an appointment and they wanted to change the time cuz an “emergency” when I go to the new hour set they already left without letting me know. Making me spend $30 to just got there and not get my nail fix. It says they close at 8pm and they left at 3:40pm

I called to let them know I was going to be late and the lady said it was okay to still come but that I would have to wait 20 minutes so I said okay (literally went to coffee bean across the street to kill time) and then I get a call saying “we are waiting for you” … like huh ? Didn’t you just say I had to wait ??? So whatever we get off the phone and I go across the street to the shop.. when I get there the girl comes out and brings the gel nail colors and greets me but then her and her co workers all start speaking in their language and she comes back telling me they can’t service me because I was late …. Never again ! Don’t give these people your money because even as a good client who spends money they will play with your time but act like theirs is just so valuable . Keep in mind I’ve come to the place multiple times and I tip the ladies every single time! Don’t get your nails done here !
