I can not believe how Lisa completely changed my body! I had a few problem areas and expressed my concerns to her and the results I wanted. She put together a plan which included EmSculpt Neo, Venus legacy, and pixel-8 and not only am I blown away by my results, but my friends have been asking me what I’ve been doing to tighten and tone. Always smell fresh and the mudic is so sweet. It makes you relax. MaryKate who does the mdermabrasion is so sweet loving and caring. So as Helen who does my massage. First time i did it i will definitely be back. She fixed many pain i have. Tightness in my neck and my arthritis all over. I just realized there’s so much i owe to myself. Not just work and family. The spa is beautiful inside and the staff is friendly and professional. I think it specializes in medical type services, however my sister and I have both gotten relaxation treatments such as massages and facials and loved them as well. The spa is very busy and there is always a lot going on because Of all the different treatment they offer and because once you start going you dont want to stop. Sometimes you need to wait a little while for an appointment, but I see that as a good thing. After all if the place had a ton of open appointments it would likely mean that it wasn’t so popular. They are busy because they are great and worth the wait to get in for an appointment. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.

This is not a true spa experience. I came here with a groupon for laser hair removal. While it did reduce the hair growth my experience was very poor. Brenda was the esthetician who did all my sessions and she was very inexperienced. She never introduced herself. Did not explain the process of hair removal what to do or not do, aftercare etc. she didn’t seem knowledgeable. Every response from her was “if you want to” “up to you”. I figured with each session the intensity of the laser would be increased so I asked her if we would be doing that after a couple of sessions. Her response was sure if you want. That is not the way to answer a client. You educate and advise them. When she did increase it it ended up burning so she lowered it back. She should have educated me and said she does not recommend it or whatever. Every client also has a chart. She would have my chart in front of her and still ask what area are you doing. I finished my 6 sessions just because I paid for it but I often felt worried if my skin was in good hands because of how uneducated and unqualified she seemed. This is not a bash at her but at the company for not training staff properly and not listening to client complaints because I as well as multiple other people have complained about this same issue.

I went in with my husband and the lady at the desk flirted with him multiple times even in front of me. She did this when we were filling out paperwork when we first walked in. My husband did not take to her inappropriate advances from the start and she still kept trying. It made the experience very uncomfortable for us. It infuriated me and made my husband not want to go back. Also, every client has a folder. While the staff leaves them unattended, these files sit on the front desk for all to see. There is personal information there. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing.
