Arrived on time for my appointment. She had just got done getting her eye lashes on from a friend that was there, and in return apparently had to do that person’s nails. While I had to wait for her to get done doing that, my foot water got cold and I waited a good hour for her to get to me. I should have walked out but I had a gift certificate I wanted to get used. If you get a gift cert from her she puts a time limit on it in which you have to use it up by kinda odd..Christina has no concept for your time I waited and hour to get my pedicure. This is not the first time I had to wait for a service but it will be the last.

Krystina is the absolute best nail artist in this area. I’ve been to almost every place that does acrylics in the area and no one even comes close. The designs are always exactly what I was thinking, it’s like she can read my mind! I also have very sensitive hands and fingernails and she is very gentle and always makes sure I’m not in pain which is a very nice change from experiences at other salons. I’ve been seeing her for a few months now and I recommend her to everyone. If you want those amazing nails you are on insta this is where you want to go!!

Seriously my new favorite nail place! Krystina takes the time to know exactly what you want and always delivers! The salon is also very nice, clean, and homey. My nails last forever and I’ve consistently been getting compliments on my nails ever since I began coming here! Highly recommend! You won’t regret it!

Krystina is literally amazing. Go here if you want beautiful nails for a beautiful price. The place she has is so relaxing, peaceful and never busy and hectic. She is such a sweetheart and takes pride in her work. I never had acrylics before coming to her, and she got me hooked on them because she did such a lovely job. Definitely come to Lux if you want nails where you really DO get what you pay for. 🙂

She did a great VIP pedicure. She was running a little bit behind time. But being a one-woman small business owner, that’s completely fine and I understand! I didn’t mind waiting, especially for the individualized great treatment I received after she finished her prior customer’s full gel set. The only reason I docked a star was because the water at first wasn’t very warm, until the second round of soaking, and the massage chair kinda hurt. Other than those things-and the timing-i would and will come back again for the great service I received.

Lux is hands-down the best nail salon I’ve been to in Kalamazoo and West Michigan! Krystina Pham’s attention to detail is impeccable — my nails always look perfect after my visit. The salon is tucked away on a side street off of West Main, a super convenient location. The space is always incredibly clean and relaxing, and Krystina is super thoughtful and kind. I can’t recommend Krystina and Lux enough!
